Abstract

An organic light-emitting display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a plurality of organic light-emitting components, wherein each of the plurality of organic light-emitting components comprises a first electrode, a light-emitting layer and a second electrode that are arranged by stacking, the first electrode has a reflectivity of R, and the second electrode has a reflectivity of R, Rand Rsatisfy: wherein Iis a light intensity at a side of the first electrode, Iis a light intensity at a side of the second electrode, Iis an intrinsic light intensity of the light-emitting layer, λ is a wavelength of light emitted by the light-emitting layer, Xis a distance between an exciton recombination center in the light-emitting layer and the first electrode, and L is a length of a microcavity between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein X+X=L.
