Abstract

A support device supports an inner member of a fixed body including the inner member and an outer member, the inner member being arranged around a rotating body and divided into upper and lower sections and the outer member being arranged in at least a part around the inner member and divided into upper and lower sections. The support device includes a first member including a main body portion arranged in a recessed portion provided in the outer member, and adapted to support the inner member, and a second member including a handle portion arranged in a space between a side surface of the main body portion and an inner wall surface of the recessed portion, the inner wall surface being positioned in at least a part around the side surface, and a first adjustment unit arranged in a gap between a lower surface of the main body portion and a bottom surface of the recessed portion, the bottom surface being positioned below the lower surface, through the space, the second member being adapted to adjust a position of the first member.
