The present invention relates to radiopharmaceutical compositions comprising the mother nuclideRa, its daughter nuclidePb, and a complexing agent that complexes with the daughter nuclide. The use of targeted chelate scavengers forRa daughter nuclide opens up the possibility for usingRa based solutions for medial treatments.
