Abstract

A radio device () is configured with multiple applications. For each of the multiple applications, the radio device () determines at least one characteristic of traffic generated by the application. In response to one of the applications requiring establishment of a connection of the radio device () to the cellular radio network, the radio device () sends a request () for establishing the connection to the cellular radio network, the request () indicates the at least one characteristic corresponding to the application.
