Abstract

A computer-readable medium and an information processing device are provided that are capable of generating collation information that is unlikely to be affected by acquisition conditions of biometric information. An image is acquired (S), and a base point is determined from the image (S). Sample information indicating a change in color information of a surrounding area of the base point is acquired (S). The sample information is information that associates a plurality of samples with center information corresponding to positions on the image of first reference points. The sample is information that associates color information of second reference points with position information of the second reference points. Based on the acquired sample information, frequency information is generated (S). The frequency information associates the center information with a frequency component of a change in the color information with respect to the position information calculated for each of the first reference points.
