Abstract
A touch panel, a display device and a manufacturing method of the touch panel are provided. The touch panel includes: a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer configured to sense a touch; an insulating layer located between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer; a first ground wire disposed on a side of the insulating layer facing the first electrode layer; and a second ground wire disposed on a side of the insulating layer facing the second electrode layer. The first ground wire or the second ground wire is electrically connected with a grounding terminal. The insulating layer is provided with a ground wire vias through which the first ground wire and the second ground wire are electrically connected with each other.
