Abstract
A portioning system for portioning stackable flat carton elements in a stack () for further processing. A feeder device () includes a lifting platform () and a pushing platform (), wherein the feeder device () is movable along a linear path () for pushing the stack () to a delivery position. The feeder device () is further movable along a lifting direction () having at least a component parallel to the gravity direction. The feeder device () is configured such that the lifting platform () is movable partially below the flat elements defining the stack () such that an edge portion () of the stack () is arranged on the lifting platform () for being liftable by the lifting platform (). The feeder device () is further configured such that the stack () is pushable by the pushing platform () along the linear path () until the stack () is arranged at the delivery position.
