Abstract

The present invention relates to a composition for alleviating, preventing, or treating menopausal symptoms and/or osteoporosis. The composition of the present invention is rapidly effective in preventing or alleviating menopausal symptoms, and thus may be usefully used in conventional hormone replacement therapies (HRTs) used to prevent or alleviate menopausal symptoms. In addition, the composition of the present invention has no toxicity, can be used as food due to few side effects, and is safe, unlike conventional therapeutic agents for menopausal symptoms, and thus may be more effectively used as compared to conventional therapeutic agents for menopausal symptoms.
