Abstract
A terminal fitting () includes an electrical contact () with a facing surface () facing a contact surface () of a mating terminal (). A canted coil spring () that is made of a conductive wire material () has a wound surface inclined with respect to the coil axis (L) of the canted coil spring (). The coil axis (L) is parallel with the facing surface () of the electrical contact member ().
