Abstract
A touch display panel and a touch display device are disclosed to solve the problems that twisted nematic (TN) mode LCD panel in the known technology usually has complex structure, larger thickness and higher manufacturing costs. The touch display panel includes a first substrate () and a second substrate () disposed in opposite to each other, wherein a surface of the first substrate () facing the second substrate () is provided with a touch electrode (), a surface of the second substrate () facing the first substrate () is provided with a touch line (), and a conductive structure () is disposed between the first substrate () and the second substrate (); wherein the touch electrode () is electrically connected with the touch line () through the conductive structure ().
