Abstract

A lighting device includes a main body including a belt-shaped portion mounted along a circumferential direction of a head of a wearer, a storage case provided in the main body and positioned in a forehead region of the wearer when the lighting device is mounted on the wearer, and a light source unit that is incorporated in the storage case and includes a light emitting diode (LED) substrate on which a plurality of LED light sources is mounted. The light source unit includes a condensing lens for condensing light emitted from the plurality of LED light sources, a reflecting mirror for deflecting light emitted from the condensing lens and reflecting the light toward an affected part of a patient, and a radiator plate that radiates heat generated from the LED substrate and extends from a forehead region toward a parietal region of the wearer.
