Abstract

To provide a fluorinated resin composition which is capable of forming a resin film excellent in moist heat resistance and solar reflectance. The fluorinated resin composition comprises composite particles, a fluorinated polymer and a liquid medium, wherein the composite particles are a composite having a part or whole of the surface of aluminum particles coated with at least one member selected from the group consisting of an acrylic resin and silica; the total coating amount of the acrylic resin and silica is from 6 to 25 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the aluminum particles; and the water surface diffusion area is from 14,000 to 27,000 cm/g.
