Abstract

A carburized LaOand LuOco-doped Mo filament cathode is made from lanthanum oxide (LaO) and lutetium oxide (LuO) doped molybdenum (Mo) powders, the lanthanum oxide (LaO) and lutetium oxide (LuO) doped molybdenum (Mo) powders contain LaO, LuOand Mo with the total concentration of LaOand LuObeing 2.0-5.0 wt. % and the rest being Mo.
