Abstract

A synthetic resin-made sliding bearingincludes a synthetic resin-made upper casinghaving a cylindrical outer peripheral side surface; a synthetic resin-made lower casingwhich has a cylindrical inner peripheral side surfaceopposed to the outer peripheral side surfaceon an outer side in a radial direction A so as to surround the outer peripheral side surfacewith a cylindrical fitting clearanceextending in a vertical direction B intersecting the radial direction A, and on which the upper casingis mounted as the upper casingis fitted thereto such that the displacement of the lower casingwith respect to the upper casingin the radial direction A is made possible with a width a as a minimum width of the fitting clearancein the radial direction A by being restricted by the contact of the inner peripheral side surfacewith the outer peripheral side surface; and a synthetic resin-made thrust sliding bearingdisposed in an annular spacebetween the upper casingand the lower casingin the vertical direction B.
