Abstract
Provided is an information notification device () utilizing presence information which includes a processing unit () to generate, according to trigger information, at least one presence information (MESSAGE, MESSAGE, MESSAGE) between a first moving body (a four-wheeled vehicle ()), and a second moving body (a two-wheeled vehicle () or a riding electric cart ()), and a transmitting unit () which transmits the presence information to both of the four-wheeled vehicle () and the two-wheeled vehicle or the electric cart (). The presence information is, for example, first presence information (MESSAGE) and second presence information (MESSAGE). The second presence information (MESSAGE) can cause a second processing unit () of the electric cart () to identify another presence information (-) representing the presence of the four-wheeled vehicle () around the electric cart () based on the second presence information (MESSAGE).
