Abstract
The present invention effectively prevents a short circuit from occurring between a power supply terminal and a ground electrode. In a plug-side connector (), a first protection element (first capacitor) is provided between a metal plate (center plate) and a ground electrode () and a second protection element (second capacitor) is provided between an outer jacket () of a cable () and the ground electrode (), inside a shell part ().
