Abstract
The invention relates to a tool unit () for an extrusion machine () with a scraping element (), a tool element () with an expanding channel () receiving the scraped extrusion material () and a die (). The tool unit () includes a receiving cage () with first and second receiving cage parts (). In the first receiving cage part () there is a tool element () inserted in a receiving channel (). In the second receiving cage part () a receiving chamber () facing the first receiving cage part () is formed, in which at least the die () is received and supported by a support surface (). In the tool element () as well as in the first receiving cage part () a common receiving groove () is formed with at least one groove base surface (), in which the scraping element () is inserted loosely and is supported. The invention also relates to an extrusion machine () as well as to a method for changing the friction wheel ().
