Abstract

A display substrate, a display panel and a display device, relating to the field of display techniques, wherein a common electrode layer is placed in a display area and includes a plurality of common electrode blocks arranged in an array, n lead wires are provided corresponding to each column of the common electrode blocks, each lead wire includes a first portion, a second portion and a third portion, a first end of the first portion is electrically connected with the integrated circuit, a second end of the first portion is electrically connected with a first end of the second portion, a second end of the second portion is electrically connected with a first end of the third portion, a second portion of an ilead wire passes a geometric center of an icommon electrode block and is electrically connected with the icommon electrode block thereof.
