Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a technique for configuring transmission of a multicast channel carrying scheduling information and data belonging to one or more multicast services, the scheduling information indicating scheduling of the multicast services mapped to the multicast channel. A method embodiment comprises the steps of configuring () the transmission of the scheduling information on the multicast channel based on a scheduling information specific transmission requirement and configuring () the transmission of the data belonging to the one or more multicast services based on a service specific transmission requirement; and signalling () the scheduling information specific transmission requirement and the service specific transmission requirement.
