Abstract
A connector device (A) includes male terminal fittings () having tabs () projecting forward from terminal bodies (), and a holder () for holding the terminal bodies (). A cover () is mounted on the holder () and is slidable between a protection position for covering the tabs () and a retracted position retracted from the protection position to expose the tabs (). A pushing portion () of a female connector () pushes the cover () from the protection position to the retracted position while connecting the connectors (). A locking projection () and a locking recess () are formed on the cover () and the female connector () and serve as locks to pull back the cover () from the retracted position to the protection position by being locked to each other in the process of separating the female connector () from the male connector ().
