Abstract
A thin film inductorincludes: a coil part that is formed of at least one coil conductor layer and has terminal electrodes provided at both ends thereof; a first insulating layer that covers the coil part; and a second insulating layer that covers the first insulating layer and has a higher Young's modulus than the first insulating layer.
