Abstract
A positive electrode mixture layer of a non-aqueous secondary battery of the present invention contains a first positive electrode active material and a second positive electrode active material each composed of a lithium-containing composite oxide represented by General Composition Formula (1): LiMO(1). The first positive electrode active material contains Co, and the second positive electrode active material contains Co, Ni and Mn. The ratio of the first positive electrode active material to all positive electrode active materials contained in the positive electrode mixture layer is 20 mass % or more. The positive electrode mixture layer has a density of 3.4 g/cmor less. Further, a negative electrode mixture layer contains carbon-coated SiOx and graphite, or a conductive layer is formed on a surface of a positive electrode current collector.
