Abstract

A rubber plug () includes a mat-like rubber plug body () with sealing holes () for receiving a wire with terminal () in a liquid-tight manner. Rounded corner parts () protruding out on the rubber plug body (). Outer peripheral lips () are provided circumferentially on an outer periphery of the rubber plug body () and inner peripheral lips () are provided circumferentially on inner peripheries of the sealing holes (). Lightening portions () are provided for the outer peripheral lips () in base end parts of the outer peripheral lips () and parts facing the inner peripheral lips () of the sealing holes () near the corner parts () of the rubber plug body (). The lightening portions () are recessed more inward than regions () adjacent in a circumferential direction.
