Abstract

An array substrate includes a glass substrate GS, an alignment mark, and first traces. The glass substrate GS has a corner portionhaving an outline defined by a first edge portionand a second edge portioncrossing the first edge portion. The alignment markis disposed at the corner portionand used as the positioning index in mounting a driverand a flexible printed circuit board. The alignment markat least includes first and second side portionsparallel to the first and second edge portions, respectively. One end of the second side portionis continuous to one end of the first side portion. The alignment markhas an outline that is on a same plane with a reference line BL connecting other ends of the first side portionand the second side portionlinearly. The first tracesinclude inclined portionsthat are inclined with respect to the first and second side portionsalong the reference line BL.
