Abstract

The present application relates to a steam iron head (). The steam iron head () has a steam pathway () along which steam flows. A cyclonic chamber () is along the steam pathway (). The steam iron head () also has a flow inlet () to the cyclonic chamber (), a flow outlet () from the cyclonic chamber (), and a conduit () in the cyclonic chamber () defining the flow outlet (). The conduit () upstands in the cyclonic chamber () and has an opening in a free end () of the conduit through which the flow of steam exits the cyclonic chamber (). The conduit () is provided with a rib () to restrict the flow of water droplets formed on an outer surface of the conduit from passing through the flow outlet (). The present application also relates to a steam system iron () having a steam iron head ().
