Abstract

An in-vehicle device includes: an in-vehicle storage unit which stores an in-vehicle device ID as an identifier; a first communication unit which sends the in-vehicle device ID to a portable terminal; a vehicle position acquisition unit; and a second communication unit which sends the in-vehicle device ID and the vehicle position to the server, the portable terminal includes: a portable storage unit which stores a portable terminal ID as an identifier for identifying the portable terminal; a portable terminal position acquisition unit; and an authentication information sending unit which sends, to the server, authentication information, and the server associates the portable terminal ID and the in-vehicle device ID based on a difference between the portable terminal position included in the received authentication information and the received vehicle position.
