Abstract

When it has been determined according to a voltage detected by a voltage detecting unitthat a voltage detection linebetween a focused-on batteryand the voltage detecting unithas been broken, operations of each of switchesare controlled to separate a battery modulethat includes the voltage detection linefrom a power supply apparatus. When it has been determined according to the voltage detected by the voltage detecting unitthat the focused-on batteryhas been overcharged or overdischarged, power input to, or output from, every battery moduleis limited.
