Abstract
A light emitter includes a light emitting layer and a reflection layer. The reflection layer includes a first dielectric film and a dielectric multi-layer film. The dielectric multi-layer film includes at least one layer of laminated film, in which each layer of laminated film includes a pair of a second dielectric film and a third dielectric film. The first dielectric film has a refractive index lower than a refractive index of the light emitting layer and the second dielectric film. The third dielectric film has a refractive index lower than the refractive index of the second dielectric film. A relationship of d≥λ/nis satisfied, where λdenotes an average wavelength of a spectrum of visible light emitted via the light emitting layer, ndenotes the refractive index of the first dielectric film, and ddenotes a film thickness of the first dielectric film.
