Abstract
An exemplary pre-assembled fastener device may include a bushing attached to a bolt fastener before the fastener device is used to attach two or more components to one another. The bolt fastener may have an external thread, and the bushing may have an internal thread that is configured to fasten to the external thread. The internal thread may have a profile including a flat crest configured to be spaced apart from the bolt fastener.
