Abstract
The present disclosure relates to a composition containingfruit extract. The present disclosure also relates to a composition for relieving premenstrual syndrome and menstrual pain, which containsfruit extract. The composition according to the present disclosure exhibits an effect of relieving or improving the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome and thus can be used as a pharmaceutical composition or a food composition.
