Abstract

An electromagnetic pulse protecting method includes: searching a threatthat generates an electromagnetic pulse; and generating plasmain a light-condensed pointby condensing a laser beamon a light-condensed pointin response to detection of the threat. Thus, various protection objects which contain a protection object having an electric opening indispensably can be protected from an attack by the electromagnetic pulse.
