Abstract
The invention relates to a connecting pole () for a rechargeable battery () having the following features: a) the connecting pole () has a connecting section (), in which a pole terminal can be fastened on the connecting pole (), b) the connecting pole () has a fastening section (), in which the connecting pole () can be fastened in a housing part () of the rechargeable battery (), c) the fastening section () has a labyrinth section (), d) the outer wall () of the connecting pole () has, in the labyrinth section (), one or more peripheral projections (), e) at least two adjacently arranged peripheral projections () are flanged in pairs in the mutually facing direction, wherein a recess () is formed on each of the peripheral projections () with respect to the outer wall () of the connecting pole () by the flanged region. The invention also relates to a rechargeable battery housing or a part thereof with at least one such connecting pole and to a machine for producing such a connecting pole.
