Abstract
A finned platecomprises a baseand a plurality of heat exchange finsextending from said base, said finsbeing arranged in mutually parallel stripsof fins. According to the invention, two adjacent stripsof fins are spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the direction of said strips of fins by at least one flat strip not having any fins. Two finned platesof this type can be assembled together to form a frame, in particular a frame that is suitable for being incorporated in a heat exchanger.
