Abstract
A lighting film () includes a first base material (), a plurality of lighting portions (), and a void portion (), and if a virtual straight line (F) that passes through a point (C), at which any one light ray of light entering the lighting portion () is incident on a reflective surface, and is orthogonal to a first surface () of the first base material () marks a boundary between two spaces, a space with the light ray incident on the point (C) of the two spaces is labeled as a first space (S), and a space without the light ray incident on the point (C) is labeled as a second space (S), the lighting film () has a function of decreasing intensity of light traveling toward the second space (S) of light emitted from the first base material () or the lighting portion ().
