Abstract
A thin film semiconductor comprising a compound of formula I or II wherein: Rand R, at each occurrence, independently are selected from a Calkyl group, a Calkenyl group, a Calkynyl group and a Chaloalkyl group, R, R, R, and Rindependently are H or an electron-withdrawing group, wherein at least one of R, R, R, and Ris an electron-withdrawing group; and a non-conductive polymer.
