Abstract
Provided is an operation handle capable of shortening an entire length and enhancing operability. The slide mechanism (S) comprises a rotating body () that rotates in conjunction with a rotation of the thumbwheel () as the rotating wheel and a slide body () that engages with the rotating body (), slides. The slide body () is configured by a 1divided body () formed with a 1engaging part (A) engaged with the rotating body () in the initial state, and a 2divided body () formed with a 2engaging part (A) engaged with the rotating body () in the initial state and not engaged with the rotating body () in the position where the rotating body () and the 1engaging part (A) is not engaged with each other. A power transmitting means (T) that transmits a driving force of the 1divided body () to the 2divided body (), to integrally slide the 1divided body () and the 2divided body (), is provided. When the engagement between the rotating body () and the 1engaging part (A) is not engaged and the 1divided body () is stopped, the rotating body () is engaged with the 2engaging part (A) and the 2divided body () slides to the proximal side (A).
