Abstract

There are provided a surgical jig () which is directly used during surgery to make it possible to accurately recognize a position where a recess () is to be formed in the surface of a surgical target bone () of a patient; and a verification jig () which is directly used during surgery to make it possible to precisely verify whether or not the recess () formed in the surface of the surgical targeted bone () of the patient is of a required shape. The surgical jig () has an inner surface () matching the surface shape of the surgical target bone () of the patient, and a penetrating opening () formed in correspondence with a site where the recess () is to be formed. The verification jig () has a protrusion () protruding from an inner surface () thereof in correspondence with the recess () to be formed.
