Abstract

The invention relates to a wiper lip () adapted to a windshield wiper device (). The windshield wiper device () has an elongated, at least partially bendable upper part (), an elongated, at least partially bendable lower part (), and a plurality of connection elements () for connecting the upper part () and the lower part (). The connection elements () are configured to allow a movement of the upper part () and of the lower part relative to one another with a movement component along a longitudinal extension () of the wiper blade (). The wiper lip is configured such that the rigidity of the wiper lip in the wiper direction () is greater than the rigidity of the wiper lip vertical to the wiping direction.
