Abstract

The present invention provides acryogenic vessel (), in particular for use in a magnetic resonance examination system () to mount therein superconductive main coils () of the magnetic resonance examination system (), comprising an inner vessel (), an outer 300K vessel (), and a radiation shield (), which is located between the inner vessel () and the outer 300K vessel () and which surrounds the inner vessel (), whereby the radiation shield () has at least one dry-friction area (), where dry-friction is generated upon deformation of the radiation shield (). The present invention also provides a superconductive magnet () for a magnet resonance examination system () comprising a set of superconductive main coils (), which are arranged in the above cryogenic vessel (). The present invention further provides a magnet resonance examination system () comprising the above superconductive magnet ().
