Abstract
A method for manufacturing an elastic tubular body, comprises a first step of inserting a rod-like conductive memberinto an elastic tubular bodya second step of giving a first electrical potential to the rod-like conductive memberand a third step of applying a coating materialcharged to a second electrical potential to the elastic tubular bodywherein the rod-like conductive memberhas a deformed cross-sectional shape in a direction vertical to an axial direction.
