Abstract
Disclosed is a water-in-silicone emulsion and methods for its use that includes 5% to 8% w/w of octinoxate, 1% to 3% w/w of niacinamide, 0.01% to 0.1% w/w ofbark extract, 0.01% to 0.1% w/w of adenosine, and 0.001% to 0.01% w/w ofextract.
