Abstract

The present invention relates to methods and compositions for identifying, selecting and/or producing a soybean plant or germplasm having resistance. A soybean plant, part thereof and/or germplasm that has been identified, selected and/or produced by any of the methods of the present invention is also provided. Also provided are single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with resistance to pathogens; and compositions including amplification primer pairs capable of initiating DNA polymerization by a DNA polymerase on soybean nucleic acid templates to generate soybean marker amplicons.
