Abstract
A terminal () includes a bottom surface () and solder holding portions (). A solder member () is placed on the bottom surface () of the terminal () and the solder holding portions () are deformed to hold the solder member () in place. A conductor () of a wire () is placed on solder member (). The solder member () then is melted by heating to connect the conductor () of the wire () to the terminal ().
