Abstract

In an embodiment, a magnetic body includes: multiple soft magnetic alloy grainseach containing Fe, element L (where element L is Si, Zr or Ti), and element M (where Element M is an element other than Si, Zr, and Ti, and which oxidizes more easily than Fe); oxide filmscovering the soft magnetic alloy grains, respectively; a bonding materialconstituted by an oxide that exists separately from the oxide films(A,B),(A,B); first bonds where adjacent soft magnetic alloy grainsare bonded together via the oxide filmsand second bonds where adjacent soft magnetic alloy grainsare bonded together via the bonding materialwithout the oxide filmsthat respectively cover these grains making direct contact with each other.
