A toilet seat () with an automatic cleaning device (), the toilet seat () including: a first assembly () with a mounting panel () that can be secured to a rear section of a lavatory body (); and a second assembly () which includes a lavatory seat ring () able to be driven in the peripheral direction, a bearing frame () for the lavatory seat ring (), a drive device () for the lavatory seat ring (), secured to the bearing frame (), and a cleaning device () for the lavatory seat ring (), likewise secured to said bearing frame ().
