Abstract
Disclosed herein is (i) a method related to the growth promotional activity of plant based fibers onMTCC 5856; (ii) the combination of plant based fibers andMTCC 5856 to inhibit Gram Negative pathogenic bacteria; and (iii) the production of short chain fatty acids (SCFA) byMTCC 5856 using plant based fibers.
