Abstract

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium: —at least water, —at least alkylcellulose, —at least one first hydrocarbon-based non-volatile oil, chosen from: —C-Calcohols, preferably monoalcohols; —optionally hydroxylated monoesters, diesters or triesters of a C-Cmonocarboxylic or polycarboxylic acid and of a C-Calcohol; —esters of a C-Cpolyol and of one or more C2-Cs carboxylic acids, —at least one second non-volatile oil chosen from silicone oils and/or fluoro oils or hydrocarbon-based oils other than the said first oil; —at least one wax; —at least one hydrophilic gelling agent chosen from nonionic associative polymers of polyurethane type, preferably polyoxyethylenated; —preferably at least one surfactant, preferably non-ionic.
