Abstract
A method for resource allocation includes: a base station determining a user equipment UE to which a resource block is to be allocated; and if the index number of any resource block among the allocated resource blocks of the UE falls within a preset first index number range, judging whether the number of the allocated resource blocks of the UE is less than the preset first parameter value.
