Abstract
The stability of power generation efficiency against variation of fluid speed and direction can be improved. The disclosed rotorfor a wind or water power machine includes a hub, supported by a main shaft, and blades, each having a root endconnected to the hub. In a projection plane perpendicular to a rotational center axis O of the rotor, a leading edgeof the blade has leading edge bulge portionsandprotruding forward in the rotor rotational direction only at two different locations in the rotor radial direction.
