Abstract
A shade () includes slats () that are arranged in an up and down direction. One or more slat(s) () forming a part of the slats, which is located above in the up and down direction, includes a transparent portion that enables visible light to transmit through the slat. A traveling direction of light transmitting through the transparent portion is bent.
